Privacy
This notice explains how RedPanda handles information when you browse the catalog or use the contact form. Last updated: 16 October 2026.
Browsing and security
Cloudflare helps deliver and protect this website. It can receive your IP address, request details and browser information, and may use security cookies when checks or challenges are needed. Cloudflare has its own privacy policy, linked below.
Access logs are used for security and troubleshooting. They record information such as IP address, requested page, time, response status and browser details. Contact message text is not included in these logs. The logs rotate daily and retain four previous log files; the age of a file can vary with activity and rotation.
Cookies, search and analytics
We do not currently run site analytics or advertising pixels on these pages. Public member signup and comments are not available. Site search loads a script from jsDelivr, so your browser sends standard connection details to that provider when it loads the script. The search and theme scripts inspected for this notice did not use cookies or browser storage.
The contact form does not set its own cookies or use browser storage. Temporary anti-spam checks use connection information to limit request frequency over a 15-minute window. These checks are not a record of your message or a browsing profile.
Information you send through Contact
The form asks for an optional name, your reply email address, a subject and a message. We use those details to review your request and reply where appropriate. Your message is not posted publicly, and submitting the form does not subscribe you to a mailing list.
Contact messages are handled by the site hosting mail service and stored in a private mailbox. No fixed automatic deletion period is configured for contact messages; they can remain until removed through mailbox administration. We therefore do not promise deletion after an arbitrary number of days. Please avoid sending passwords, payment details or other sensitive information.
A successful form confirmation means the mail service accepted the message. It does not guarantee that someone has read it or promise a response by a particular date.
Your requests
Use the contact form to ask about access, correction or deletion of information you previously sent. Include enough detail to identify the message, without sending extra sensitive information. We assess requests against the information held and any applicable obligations.
